Day 1: Welcome to Serbia! 

Upon arrival at the airport, your Sky Vacations ambassador will meet and transfer you to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. 

Day 2: After breakfast at your hotel, we start the day with Belgrade city tour. Visit Kalemegdan Fortress one of the most important monuments to turbulent history of Belgrade. Marks of Ottoman empire and lives given to protect it are carved in every stone and wall of the fortress.  Time for lunch followed by a visit to Museum of Chocolate. Continue to Nikola Tesla museum and feel free to play with 500.000 Volts. Free time for leisure and dinner. Overnight in Belgrade.

Day 3: Begin your day with breakfast followed by a visit to Golubac fortress, a fortress that represents a monumental fortification to give protection against attack from the water.  After lunch continue to Viminacium, an extraordinary archeological site built in Roman time. The remainder of the day is at your leisure. 

Day 4: We head this morning to Koviljaca Spa – the oldest spa in Serbia dating from 16th century. After some relaxation and therapy time, we then head to Sunčana Reka, an ethno village built on the banks of river Drina. A natural border between Serbia and Bosnia, Drina river flows through third largest Canyon in the world after grand Colorado in USA and Tara canyon in Montenegro.  After lunch, we depart to  Tronosa Monastery. 

Day 5: After breakfast and check out, we head to Avala TV Tower followed by a visit to Winery Aleksandorvic for some wine tasting. Following stop is at Oplenac, heritage of Karadjordjevic family. We will visit St. George church with its impressive mosaics and “Kings tombs”.  Royal family Mausoleum is also a must visit as it represents a touch of royalty and nobility. After lunch we continue to Zlatibor – the ‘Golden Pine’ Mountain.  

Day 6: This morning we depart toUvac Lake, one of the most amazing sightseeing locations in Serbia. It is a home to one of the biggest population of vultures in Europe.  Drive to a “Prayer” view point followed by lunch. We then continue to  Mileseva Monastery. 

Day 7: We make our way to Sargan this morning on the Sargan Eight Train.  Visit Drvengrad – the town made of timber and is owned by a famous movie director Emir Kusturica. After lunch, it’s time to head back to Belgrade.

Day 8: Depart Belgrade

After breakfast at your hotel, its time to head to the airport for your onward journey.
